Westend Hidden Gems is all about highlighting the incredible people who can often be found in the Westend, but not always seen/known for their artistic talents. The event showcased the vibrant local creative community with a diverse range of performances and experiences:
💎 Open Air Stage – Live music from local legends such as Telebox and We Are Echo Chamber
💎 Queer Talent Night – Featuring the amazing Muir Hogan and Steven Sharpe
💎 Drag Drink and Draw – A fun, artsy evening with LEIGH and some delicious drinks
💎 Artistic Gems Gallery – Stunning works from local artists such as Adrienne Walsh, Conor Lee, Zacharoula Kapetanopoulou, Lily May Healy, Sadbh O’Neill , Tom Harney, Lucy Kelly Erin Dolan and Tessa Croke.
💎 Theatre Hub – Rehearsed readings, bite-sized plays, and comedy from Mal Duggan and Eoghan Hillson.
💎 Hidden Pages – A showcase of local manuscripts by writers in the community such as Andreea Galateanu, Niamh Mullarkey, Blaise Gilburd, Cian Ó Baoill, Steffie Weenink, Faye Harrison, Ashley Behrend, Al Waskow, and Hendrik-Joe Burke.

💎 Westend Art Collective – A visual art tribute to the legendary Shane McGowan
Along with amazing crafts and food from stalls such as Feasta, Bo Town Burgers, Fire Food Resturants, Breaking Clouds Art Design, Scents of Galway and Berina Kelly.
The night was packed with culture, creativity, and plenty of surprises, offering a glimpse into the heart of Galway's artistic scene.
